Rodger Paisley is the Owner and President of PaisleyAuctions, Inc. of
Downingtown, PA. He is a full time, licensed and bonded professional
auctioneer, and brings with him two decades of experience as an
Auctioneer, Public Speaker and Certified Appraiser.
Col. Paisley is well versed in all auction disciplines.

upon by individuals, banks, attorneys and courts throughout the
Commonwealth to conduct appraisals, real estate auctions, estate
settlements and business liquidations.
Benefit and Charity Auctions are a major part of the
business. Many charitable groups and organizations within the Tri-State
area have exceeded their expected fundraising goals as a direct of Mr.
Paisley’s dynamic, professional Auctioneering style.
Rodger and his wife Theresa have three grown children,
and are the proud grandparents of five beautiful granddaughters ranging in
age from five to eighteen years old.

1987: Graduate of the Auctioneering Program at
Harrisburg Area Community College, Harrisburg, PA.
1987 - 2008: Attend numerous continuing education programs, courses
and seminars hosted by various business organizations as well as the PA
State and National Auctioneer Associations.
2002 - 2003: Completed course materials and awarded Graduate Personal
Property Appraiser (GPPA) designation from the
National Auctioneers Association.
Fall/Winter 2003: Completed PA Real Estate Practice and Fundamentals
Courses
July 2005: Completed Auction Manager certificate program at NAA
Conference, Pittsburgh, PA
January 2006: Accepted into the three year CAI (Certified
Auctioneers Institute) Designation Program offered
by the National Auctioneers Association at Indiana University, Bloomington
IN.
March 2006: Completed year one, CAI (Certified Auctioneers
Institute) courses at Indiana University.
December 2006: Sat for and Passed PA State Real Estate Salespersons
Examination.
March 2007: Completed year two, CAI (Certified Auctioneers
Institute) courses at Indiana University
June 2007: Issued Pennsylvania Real Estate Salespersons License.
June 2007: Joined the Real Estate Brokerage Firm of Times Real Estate,
Inc. of Downingtown in the capacity of real estate
salesperson, and to develop their Auction Marketing Division.
March 2008: Completed
CAI courses at Indiana University, and award the prestigious CAI
designation; the highest degree of education
available to professional auctioneers in the auction industry. Fewer
than five percent of the worlds auctioneers have attained this level of
education.

In June of 2000 Col. Paisley organized the Downingtown Veterans
Memorial Fund and is its Chairman. This non-profit group of Vietnam
Veterans is dedicated to erecting a lasting, Honor Roll Memorial to the
men and women of the Downingtown area who served our country during the
wars and conflicts of the 20th Century.
