Balance due at settlement, which will be within 45 days of the auction. Proof of down payment and a valid drivers license must be shown in order to register to bid.  A 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid in order to establish the Total Contract Sale Price.  Additional terms, if any, will be announced the day of the auction
