Local, personal checks will only be accepted if (1) The
Auctioneer knows the buyer or (2) Buyer completes a Check
Security Agreement with the Auction Company or (3) Buyer
provides a Bank

All purchases in excess of $5000.00 will require
certified funds or an irrevocable bank letter guaranteeing
payment to PaisleyAuctions, Inc.
Any other arrangements must be made with PaisleyAuctions
prior to sale date. As
previously stated, full payment is expected on auction day and
can be made anytime during the sale. No property is to be
removed from the premises before making final settlement.
A 10%
Buyers Premium applies to all purchases.
