From Downingtown: Business Rt. 30 just W of Downingtown, turn S. onto Lloyd Ave (becomes Poorhouse Rd)., across from CVS, go under RR, continue 2.3 miles to L on Broad Run Rd., proceed 2.2 miles to auction site.

From West Chester: Take Rt. 162 (Strasburg Rd.) approx. 5-6 miles to R on Broad Run Road and follow signs.

From Thorndale: Take Marshalton/Thorndale Rd. approx. 2 miles to R on Poorhouse Road and proceed as indicated for Downingtown above.   (Mapquest Directions)

Parking will be at a premium so please show respect and some
common sense when parking near surrounding properties
