Proof of down payment and ID must be shown in order to register to bid. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final high bid amount to arrive at the Total Contract Price. Settlement will be 30 days from the date of the auction. All realty transfer taxes will be divided equally between the Buyer & Seller.
